We only use fresh fish sourced mainly from Cornwall suppliers and London importers, and so our menu changes daily depending on market availability. For an authentic traditional Japanese experience we highly recommend our Omakase menu.
Owner Chef Kaoru Nakamura begins the planning of his dishes early in the day, and so reservations are required. No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will be charged £15 per person. Reservations from 7pm are limited to ages 13 and above.
Our sushi rice uses traditional red vinegar 'akazu' which contains gluten. Vegetarian sushi may have traces of fish. For any other allergies please contact us before placing a reservation.
Omakase is a Japanese fine dining tradition where the customer entrusts the construction of their meal to the chef. The Omakase menu can be viewed here. Reservations required.
