We are committed to following traditional techniques to create mindful and delicate sushi using the unique charm of seasonal and local ingredients.
Our aim has always been to provide an environment where our customers step through from Meanwood into Japan, to serve them the best dishes we can create that can be enjoyed from the bottom of their hearts.
It is for this reason we decided that from January 2020 we will offer an exclusively Omakase dining experience. As a team, we strive to deliver authentic Omotenashi service in the hopes our customers can enjoy their moment in our nook of Japan.
